I take great pride in the quality of my work. If there are any defects in workmanship or materials, I will do my best to resolve the issue — including offering a full or partial refund, if appropriate.

That said, I cannot accept responsibility for customs-related issues or delays.

Return requests based on personal preferences or non-technical reasons may be declined. Each case will be reviewed individually.

In the case of a return, the shipping cost will be assessed depending on the nature of the issue and the agreement made.
