Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via DHL, and a tracking number is provided for every shipment, which can be tracked on the DHL website.

Shipping fees reflect the exact cost charged by DHL—I do not add any handling or extra charges.

Please note that I do not collect or remit taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs-related charges that may apply in their country. These may include VAT, import duties, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges related to customs clearance.

During busy periods, some delivery routes may take longer than usual.

Dispatch

Orders for the available goods are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.

For made-to-order items, the dispatch time may be longer up to 2 weeks depending on the complexity and current workload.
